Xreo F1 HDMI over Fiber allows an HDMI audio/video signal to be extended up to 300 meters using multimode LC-LC fiber optic cable. The F1 sender unit sits next to your set-top box or DVD player source. Cable supplier with the F1 connect your HDMITM 1.2 source to the sender unit. The display plugs into the back of the receiver unit. The LC fiber optic cable connects the Sender and the Receiver unit to each other. Fiber Optic technology allows F1 HDMI over Fiber Extender to carry audio/video signals over long distances that are not possible with other technologies. Fiber Optic cable is immune to audio/video signal corruption from electromagnetic interference(EMI), ensuring a crystal clear picture.
How does it work
The transmitter unit sits close to your source, the receiver unit sits close to your HDTV display. Run multimodel LC-LC fiber cable between the transmitter and receiver. When the source, the transmitter, the receiver and the display are all powered on and connected, the auto-adjusting extender requires no manual turning or settings, and pristine-quality 1080p HD video with multichannel digital audio is experienced in full splendor without data loss or noise
